Founder | Ex-Head of Engineering, Product & Data
With a background in software engineering and psychology, Lavinia has worked with fast-growing startups, consulted with government, and advised not-for-profit CEOs.
Bringing a unique approach to her work, Lavinia draws on natural empathy, curiousity and a strong problem-solving mindset.
Her ability to zoom out to strategy and the bigger picture, as well as work hands-on in the details and tools, is invaluable to achieving your ideal outcome.
Lavinia enjoys turning the impossible into the possible, while keeping the journey there calm and purposeful - with just a hint of humour.
